We also automatically collect information about your interaction with our products and services such as timing, frequency and duration of use; devices used; regular searches; key features used
Your interactions with our support team will also result in data that we will collect. This covers information such as your contact details, details of the problem you are seeking help with and your communications with the support team members.
We process personal data to perform our obligations under an agreement with our customers.
Typically this relates to enabling our users to use our services and to provide them with support on problems they encounter. Additionally this also relates to marketing activities in line with appropriate consent and laws.

Improving your experience: We analyse information to improve the aspiration engine. For example, if you post a virk and are reviewing the applications for a particular role, the engine will be able to recommend better candidate matches for the virk. We may compile personal and non-personal information into aggregate information to achieve this.
Handling requests for support and information: We process data you share with us if you request user support or you email us for information or for a demo. This is done to address your requests and for us to communicate with you. Specifically on requests for support, we may also use your information to resolve any technical problems. We may also share information with relevant third party’s with whom we may have a contract around product support / product development to the extent it is required to solve the problem.
Enabling third-party service providers to support you: We may share data with our partners (service providers, vendors) who have an agreement with us to provide services on our behalf. These partners will be instructed to use the data only as agreed with us.
Complying with legal obligations: We will process your data if it is required to fulfil our legal obligations under applicable laws or as needed to comply with court orders, regulatory orders or legal proceedings.

Your choices on how we use your data

For other types of information, you may need to write in to your company’s Virkware administrator or (for the free version) directly to Virkware.
- You can request to delete your personal information collected based on your use of our products and services. This has to be done by writing in to your company’s Virkware administrator or (for the free version) directly to Virkware. There will be some restrictions based on impact to other users, legal or regulatory record keeping requirements.
- If you have an active account in our product or service, you can update your personal information using the My Profile section
- You can choose to close or deactivate your account. You may need to write in to your company’s Virkware administrator or (for the free version) use the product settings to initiate this request. Do not that closing or deactivating your account will not automatically result in your personal information being deleted.
How we protect your information
We take organizational, technical, and physical measures to help safeguard against risk of data loss or of unauthorized access / disclosure of the personal information we collect.
Our application is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and we use the industry standard security that AWS provides.
However, please understand that the data transmitted through the internet is not guaranteed to be 100% secure. We need you to be responsible for the security of your password and taking appropriate measures such as limiting access to your devices and signing out of websites after your sessions.
International transfer of data
We are a global business and may process your personal data outside of your jurisdiction, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).We have appropriate safeguards in place to protect your privacy. If we transfer personal data from the EEA to a country outside it, we ensure that the recipient of this data has entered into EU standard contractual clauses with us or has other measures to provide an adequate level of protection and security.
